Job Role

The Head of Content Marketing will be responsible for leading the company's content marketing and brand engagement strategy across the Indonesian market. This role oversees social media operations, content creation initiatives, influencer partnerships, affiliate programs, community development, and integrated marketing campaigns designed to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will lead the local content marketing team while working closely with regional stakeholders to localize global brand strategies and translate consumer insights into effective marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for experienced marketing leaders with strong expertise in social media, influencer ecosystems, digital branding, and fashion or lifestyle consumer markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized content marketing strategies, social media plans, and brand communication initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage official social media channels and content ecosystems, including content planning, publishing, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee influencer marketing, affiliate programs, KOL partnerships, and user-generated content initiatives to expand brand reach and customer acquisition.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, paid media activities, and content-driven growth programs to improve traffic, engagement, and conversion performance.
  • Build and manage community engagement initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty, brand advocacy, and long-term audience growth.
  • Organize and support offline events, product launches, consumer activations, and brand experience programs that enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, brand sentiment, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and manage reputational risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the local content marketing team while ensuring alignment with regional and global marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Branding, Influencer Marketing, or related marketing functions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading marketing teams, supervising marketing projects, or managing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Proven experience within fashion, apparel, footwear, accessories, beauty, cosmetics, lifestyle retail, or related consumer industries.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's social media ecosystem, digital consumer behavior, influencer marketing landscape, and content trends.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, content strategies, community engagement programs, and influencer partnerships.
  • Practical knowledge of digital advertising, paid media campaigns, traffic acquisition, and marketing performance analysis.
  • Strong leadership, communication, project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly proactive, creative, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work on-site and support occasional evening or weekend marketing activities when required.
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory for daily communication, reporting, and cross-border collaboration.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for business communication and coordination with regional stakeholders.
